Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped her gymnastics. Within a year she could earn her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of the year. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. In October of 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the position of 6th within the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more proud of her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she competed against the best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device and the seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the working sets. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. This is accomplished by setting all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week. One day would be lightweight day, as well as the second days heavy weight.
